Student leadership
Leadership at St. Mary's is not a privilege reserved for a few — it is a responsibility entrusted to students who demonstrate character, commitment and a willingness to serve. Each year, through a formal Investiture Ceremony, elected and selected students are invested with the sashes and badges of office, pledging to lead by example.
The School Cabinet brings together Head Boy and Head Girl, House Captains and Vice-Captains, and a team of student Ministers responsible for areas such as discipline, sports, health, the environment and cultural affairs. Together, they form a bridge between the student body and the school administration.

Through these roles and responsibilities, students learn that true leadership is about lifting others — living proof of our motto, Grow & Let Others Grow.
